Why do people do this?

Why do people block sacrificial tomb(s)? They put 5 blocks around it with no entry that also isn't attached to the outpost, and when you decide to enter their outpost, you know you're in for a big surprise because you're going to deal with a second wave base with millions of traps, opaque corrosive cube exploiters with incinerators or other lame and boring builds.
Don't complain/look weird when people report, block or force quit (close application PS or ALT+F4 on PC) without leaving you a single kill.

I literally almost got banned from playstation for telling someone about themselves for doing this. It's insanely toxic and ruins the entire point of going on a run at all.

Guys, I don't want to pop your bubble, but tombs aren't explained in the tutorial properly.
I thought having my tombs raided meant I'd lose resources on the first week of playing.
Especially when you break them and see loot fall out of it, so I blocked them with lava blocks and regular walls.
I only figured out it wasn't the case after seeing my second map tomb being raided with no downside on the replay feature.
Lets not call everyone toxic over missing info on the tutorial, shall we.

I've seen bases where people purposefully lead you to a side route only to show the tombs encased in glass. There are people intentionally doing this and I'm honestly not sure why past just being a knob.

Oh yeah, no I didn't mean to say there's no baddies. seen my fair share.
But second post was someone flaming a builder in private playstation chat because of a blocked tomb.
Just wanted to give a second point of view.

It was brutal bases with guys having the knowledge of numerous game exploits. That isn't people not knowing about sacrificial tome to me.
