level 1 - Unlocked, range 1 block 1.5 second cool down between attacks
level 2 - Range 1.5 blocks 1.5 second cooldown between attacks
level 3 - Range 1.5 blocks, 1 second cool down between attacks
weapon intended to cleave through groups of guards in close combat.
