Glitch with wesker?

I was playing Zarina into a Wesker and I glitched the game. The glitch wouldn't allow me to interact with anything or escape. I was in a chase with Wesker when I tried to go into a locker but he grabbed me with his power. but my inner healing perk activated when he did that. After that he hooked me then I was rescued but found that I couldn't cure myself or vault. The exit gates were activated at the time and when I tried to leave I found myself outside of the map.

This took place on the 'Autohaven Wreckers' map.
