No champion outposts from users

Seems like only dev team outposts can be champions so far.

i played every dev team champion brutal level. so now when the champion option comes up, theres nothing in the brutal champion outpost. so i think the system isnt working. peoples champion levels dont show up

its been confirmed that users have gotten brutal outposts to champion level. Yet they dont pop up for me even after exhausting all the dev team ones
