Should there be a cost to publishing an outpost?

This is just a thought, but once I have spent synthite on a burial site, I kinda feel the need to rush to build and publish it, so I can start earning back some of my investment.

Perhaps if burial sites were cheaper to buy, and you only paid the remaining cost later, when you publish it, then we would have more incentive to make the outpost beautiful before publishing.

    I don't think a cost to publish should be needed. I feel we are only getting the rushed feeling because the beta is almost over. So, no. No cost to publish an outpost.
