Achievements for Beta testers

So a buddy of mine noticed that if you played in the Beta, due to our progress carrying over, it makes some achievements unobtainable. For example, Reach level 2 on Chimera...well obviously we have already done that, but neither one of us have the achievement for it. He leveled his Chimera up to level 9 and it still didn't register.

    I came here just to report my Chimera is level 11 and I didn't get the level 2 achievement.

    I don't know what else I've missed.
