Steam Achievements Not Registering

in Bug Report

I can't reach "level two" with the Chimera because I was already level 13 when the game actually released because I played the Beta. My fiancé has the same issue. It's not registering that the Chimera is over level two and level two can't be reached again as there is no restart.
