Tribute level stuck at 7.

My tribute level has been stuck at 7 for 2 days now. Almost every time I return to sanctuary I see the tribute level up screen but it never changes from level 7. I have seen in the day one patch notes that this was supposed to be fixed but it is still happening to me.

Tribute level is capped at 7, its a repeatable level that gives you 75 Cells every time. it doesnt actually go to level 8
