in Bug Report

If a set of Cathedral Slope blocks are placed upside-down in an alternating layout, with a hole under one of them, it creates a one-way trap the player can go into but not out, forcing a restart which counts as a death and resets the level.

    Actually occurs with several block types, only if there is a hole. Without a hole on flat ground, it lets you through both ways with no problem.
