My unlisted maps are getting played?
One of the maps has reached prestige 10 and expired, but someone managed to play it after expiring and not being listed on social.
Another one is my cruel maze test on normal which I removed from the active list for a reason. It still get played?
What is going on?

I hope there isn´t a bug with active/inactive maps. Or my half finished inactive base would be a really easy gen mat grab...

I wonder if it's because your map was loaded into a players pool when it was active, but they didn't play it until after it was depleted.

Most likely been that.
Someone played but didn't finish or had it in his pool, and after a week or so decided to play it.
The replay probably shows old traps as well.

Ya as mentioned here, I have seen replays of my map being played at prestige level 5 when right now it is at 8/9. So I think it is where the base just isn’t refreshed or updated for them.
also though I have noticed that bases refresh a lot for me without me refreshing them. If you don’t play them do they aromatic refresh and or if the game “crashes” (lost power while raiding a base) dose that raid get removed from the pool? Is there a way to lock down bases you want to try since at times there are many bases I want to do but can only choice one.

Base remains in the pool until you get done with it yourself or Refresh manually.
I don't think there's an automatic refresh.

I must be doing something wrong, cause have had it where I see the base I think it’s cool. But then I realize “oh need to upgrade something” go to an advisor and come back, there is a new pool. Or I raid and when I finish raiding the pool is completely diffrent. Even had one time where I opened up the command center, left it, went to get a snack, came back and the pool was different
is this not supposed to be happening? I am genuinely asking. Like is there curtain things that make the pools aromatic refresh or are bases not supposed to be replaced until after you complete them or abandon them after trying them? Also I am on Xbox. Not sure if that changes anything
