Prosarmogi boost not working for guest in co-op

in Bug Report
Prosarmogi boost works only for the host player in coop. If someone joins a game and tries to activate Prosarmogi's boost does nothing. It's just a waste of resources.
If players disband group then Prosarmogi's boost becomes active for the guest player if it still haven't run out of time.
