Weapon Ideas: Lance and Disabler
I think the Raider toolkit, while technically able to handle any challenge, needs to be expanded so players can really express their playstyle.
My first idea is a lance. Why? Well we have two swords, and I think we can be a little more creative than that for melee weapons. So what does the lance do? I think it should have extreme lunge range with a long cooldown, they are supposedly very heavy. Armor break, trap break, no deflect.
Next is the disabler. This is a more defensive tool like the shield. The idea is that it tethers to a single trap and freezes its state until you either turn it off or break line of sight. Flamethrower hallway caught you off guard? Freeze that sucker before it turns on. Traps only.

Would a piston extending between you and the flamethrower be considered a break in line of sight?

I'm not opposed to new weapons, but the disabler seems really lackluster. Why disable when you can just destroy? I could get behind a melee weapon that can hit from an extra tile away though (with the downside being longer cooldown and no deflect).
