Fully Loaded Achievement Not Achievable

I fully upgraded both of my ranged weapons during the open beta, but never received the Fully Loaded achievement for fully upgrading a ranged weapon. Presumably I'll be able to complete this achievement the next time a new ranged weapon is released, but until then I can't finish the achievement in the current version of the game.
