Prestie issue

OP: Hixson

I just prestige an OP (Hixson) to level 10. Not only did I not get any more build capacity with the prestige, it took my level from Brutal to Dangerous. What the heck is going on? Seem that 10 things get fixed our altered and 3 more break....lol

    Just happened again on another outpost Makoti

    Do we not get an additional build capacity going from 9 to 10? I looked at 2 more level 9 OP and they both say 0 for building capacity under the next prestige rewards area.
