Dreadshore content cost (unsure if bug)

ravager, demolition cannon, sentry laser, and nautilus suit all cost 15,000 cells. not sure if this is a bug or not. it could be this was their intention for a "cell sink" but after giving all the previous players the stuff for 2 cost it seems like a decision that only hurts newcomers if it was intentional.
so i'm gonna operate under the assumption this price is a bug? anyone confirm?
