FOV Resets Every New Raid

On Xbox Series S, unable to confirm other platforms. Recently, devs allowed those of us on next gen consoles to raise the Field of View to 110 degrees. Awesome. BUT it resets back to 90 when you load into a new raid (or maybe when you load back into sanctuary?). Note: the FOV will say it is still at 110 in the settings, but if you lower and then raise it by one each and apply the change, the FOV clearly goes up from the default for one raid before going back to 90 degrees for the next raid.
