Decals are blurry now.

Ever since the update that made the maps with rank decals unplayable (a few patches ago), all the decals have been blurry for me. They look like they just never fully pop in. All the other textures are still sharp. Only blocks with decals on them look blurry.
I'm playing on a PS5.
