Addition of a new rank "Grand Master"
top 100 players in master rank, regardless of their rank points should be awarded Grand Master.
master rank can be achived on playtime alone, those of us at the top would like some way to differentiate between someone who has barely squeaked into master and someone who has been working their hands to the bone to be at the top.
