Why is my Outpost Number Red?

I just finished and deployed a new outpost, and it is red. (The number at your feet when you start on the gantry in the beginning of the outpost) What does this mean?

    I'm not really sure what you are talking about. Do you mean the prestige level in the outpost itself? If so, then that doesn't really mean anything at all. The number represents the prestige level of the outpost. The color of the number doesn't have any significance as far as I'm aware.
