Lodestar Shield constantly pops as a new notification

I get quite a bit triggered with notifications. I have to pop all of them, for new skins, new decals, everything.
the lodestar shield constantly has the new notification with a [!] and orange banner every time I open my loadout. I can make it go like other new notifications but it re-appears every time I open the loadout again.
It really grinds my gears and I would like it to be gone.
