His statement is right about hook state. Adding a hook state puts you from 0/3 to 1/3 and most times that's worse then broken all match. I still think for their worthless rewards it should be deep wound at most. You are already sinking a lot of time in to it and wounds would add more a little more time and injured.

You do realize the gen thing worked both ways. Every gen done slowed speed by 5% so last is always is at - speed unless every player is on death hook if you perfectly spread hooks. Also Gen guarding was buffed even more in the mode with stronger regression. Maybe you should have played off your team mate some more if…

Also seems to be a new trend of "Slap Broken for 60 second to rest of match" on any survivor perc that could have some use.

Of course not. Unless what I think like others do is true that BHVR devs are all killer mains, for the ones that actually play their own game. It's just like how the Corrective action change last PTB was a huge surprise on its busted interaction to gen speed to them.

You can watch any streamer that tested the perk on the PTB and see its only once per player. Also the first version of it has the text once per game at the end, the update to it only changed the exposed time.

If its blinding in the 2v8 mode you have to have perfect timing for it. The time you get for the blind save is less then a second on pick up lock out ends to hooking animation lock out starts.

Then you missed the forums for the week it was announced. We had what 10 threads about it from killer mains complaining about it thinking it added and didn't transfer hook states.

It also is once per game per character so at max its 4 swaps of a hook state. People like Vish cant read every thing as they see 1 thing that may hurt their killer sided ego and attack it.

I think they moved from the mostly killer sided forums to the completely killer sided Reddit for feedback.

For the first one he does so but then can just recloak and get back on said runner in 1 second, and if a good player is playing wraith they mind game a fake uncloak first and lose nothing. Tho most wraiths I've seen in 2v8 all do the insta down strat or let billy/blight do downs and just pat gen/hook.

They help a lot even more for newer players. At 500 hours in mostly events for the extra bonus points for survivors I've 3ed 25 of the 44 for perks. the ones i don't have done yet are mostly the pair $ for ones. Down side of getting higher ranked games is most the meta perks for survivors are all on the paid for ones.

Thing is a killer with 60 ping is much higher as hits are killers PC/console sided on registering in this game. You could always just play survivor and get 3-4 games in that 1 killer queue time and get more BP.

Well they don't see Slugging as an issue so maybe was one.

It's not the mode that hinders queue times its the people who all flock to killer. If more then 80% of the people aren't queueing for survivor you will always feel it as killer no mater if its 1v4 or 2v8. Best way to see it is survivor Queues are all instant for both.

Remember that's a 40% survive rate not a 40% win rate. Its much closer to 25-28% win rate of 3+ out

Now your putting words that aren't there in my post. Never once did I say it was small or should go. I in fact like the 4% as i've had a few times it worked well for me to unhook and run to the gate just before it opened. All i did was refute your bad math style.

Yes the probability math does add up like that that, but even once you hit the supposed 100% chance and it doesn't hit your math also fails even harder. Cause that's all Probability math is fake hope that a static % changes on repeated use. at the end of the day a 4% is always a 4% on every attempt. Best example is in WoW…

It's still just a 4% for all 16. It doesn't change the more attempts tried, only the offerings and up the ante change the chance any. Anyone that plays any RPG with low drop rates will agree unless the game adds bad luck protection that 4% can hit for you the first try or not till the 10000 try.

Unhook is worth the same points as completing a gen in 2v8. 1k for running and spending .5 seconds vs spending 45+ seconds.

Also exploits and bug abuse doesn't = to using cheats. It's using things that are egregiously broken in game to win.

It'd be a huge QoL change s the only way you know before was Distortion proc (before it was gutted and isn't good for leaning what aura reading they have now) or running OoO (and its downside of letting the killer know where you are every 30 seconds).

25 seconds after a kick is enough to reset 70-80% of a gen in 2v8.

Till first hook in 2v8 it feels like aura is read 70-80% of the time after 30 seconds.

The one by the window isn't a god pallet. You drop it and you only have 1 window way out that they have faster access to trapping you there till they break it or you mess up.

Last 2v8 was 400% and it still had the same issue. it needs to be 500%+

People slug for any reason really. Its rarely used for pressure as it is now as much as the forum killer mains like to fall on of why its not a BM.

I've had killers complain about this also but they also never chased at 1 gen left, camping gens the whole time.

if it was on the farm map it was 99% a scout seeing you. They have a perfect spot to just camp and see half the farm.

All those buffs are add ons already. Like all the killers in the mode that gave them 3-4 addons as base for the mode.

She has the highest skill floor of all the killers in game so her skill ceiling is also that much higher in nurse mains.

I agree but also Slinger is the best support killer in the mode for team ups.

Its not broken its just people flock to the easier less stressful role of killer then survivor, even if survivor is at a massive BP+. Last time there was 400% and now its lower at 150-250% so less will queue as survivor.

Its only if they have the class skill charged and it uses said charge.

And I've see several matches of trapper + slinger and spirit + wraith win (6-7k) cause of it in soloQ. Taking out 30-40 seconds of chase on every chase makes a huge difference in map pressure.

And two killers taking away 100% the chase out on instant downs by just hitting the same person at the same time shouldn't?

Only if you have your class skill charged up and those are 90-120 seconds per being better used for what it does instead of unbreakable.

And yet Survivors lose 2v8 more when there is hook spreading.

And this isn't really a playable strat. Players much better then most try this over several matches to have it mostly fail. when you complete the 2 or 3, 4 player gens on a map you lose 1/4th the power of it cause the guide has to be touching the gen to get stacks.

and guide requires a hook state and people on you when you finish a gen. Out of 2v8 that's not a good tactic as a survivor.

Already have this as a talent, potential energy, only a different activator.

I think its cause maps really cant handle 15 gens if it was 10. Even with 13 you get a clump of 7 gens in 20m circle on most.

The saves are back in but I havent see a single one go out. I've personally got 3 blinds off that should have saved but survivor still got hooked, and pallet is even more rare in this mode as the save window is .5 of a second.

He also could be that strong cause it was 1v7 so people had long stretches of doing things that wasn't running.
