Probably related to the biolink bug where none of the purchased upgrades work. I've also noticed that when i bring in grenades the UI shows having three but it counts down from 3 to 2 to 0, so really only 2 grenades

I have the same problem. Seemed to start after I entered a co-op build with a friend.

Have the same bug. Super annoying. Switching suits doesn't help. Happened after entering co-op build with a friend.
