  • I can hardly stand playing on PS4 because of this. It's one of the few things remaining that make PS4 less fun to play. Replays are boring to watch as your only control of time is either pause, .5x, 1x or 2x speed. No 30 second skip forward or back, no skip no next event. If a replay is more than 10 minutes it's not worth…
  • Excellent idea. Perhaps having a toggle option to highlight the tombs on your map when in build mode would make it easier to plan them into your outpost. I can't stand when the tomb gets hidden behind a wall, especially when you can tell it was accidental. If people do that intentionally, that's just no accolades for you.…
  • 100% this. Console is struggling to keep me entertained the same as PC. Aside from loading screens being significantly longer on console, we also have to deal with some funky key bindings on certain screens, and even the lack thereof in the realm of replays. Watching replays feels like a chore because at best you can watch…
  • I don't really see this being an "advantage". While it might reduce the players' overall time investment on your outpost for not having to restart every time, you're still earning mats and prestige points off of them being there and dying, in fact, likely more than the solo player who is taking their sweet time. Punishing…
  • Honestly I just think it comes down to how young the game is. Players who didn't get in on the beta haven't even had a full week to figure out movement, some people are slower learners. I bet in a month or so, bases like yours will do just fine as people are more comfortable navigating and acting with speed over caution.
  • Iron claw + corrosive cube is definitely one of my favorite combos. Done right in the right spot it catches just about everyone. I imagine the reason people are struggling with your base is because much of the player base hasn't developed the movement skills to actually perform such a raid. I notice a lot of people that…
  • "If you don't get enough prestige points you can't prestige you base, and deleting it is your only option (at least as far as I know). Then you have to buy and build new outpost." This is the only part you got wrong afaik. You really have no need to delete the base, unless you've somehow managed to meet your burial site…
  • I'm that guy, I'll die in your base 30 times if the base is at least enjoyable. Bases I will quit are ones that repeatedly use the same trap combos over and over again, overload an area with a ridiculous amount of one trap (looking at you incinerator boys) or the path to the GenMat is so convoluted I spend more time…
