Besides somehow knowing ahead of time to carry a phoenix pod? Arc Barrier invulnerability doesn't last long enough. Flash Barrier doesn't block it.
I think all the Ranking decals look so similar that having grinded for the highest rank one was a bit of a let-down. I hope it's updated and made more spiffy, so when people see it, it's clearly something special.
