A remaining example of the survival crate towers that made up the shanty. 

“How could they expect us to live like this? Piled in great towers on top of one another. We were better off being forced to work in the refinery. Al least we could see our worth.” 

During construction, the Council issued emergency orders that forcibly removed the whole population of Fort Hope and its ailing chemical plant. 

This forced displacement happened incredibly rapidly.  The population were hastily shoved into temporary accommodation crates as the population of Fort Hope swelled with both construction workers and the soldiers that were sent to guard them. 

Unknown to the Council, Fort Hope harbored a small but fanatical group, the Cult of the Lost. Once confined inside the densely populated shanty, their ideology of non-genetic interference gathered momentum and the cult grew rapidly.  

Objective: Complete the Outpost and find the QR Code to continue the trail. 

Optional Raid Challenge: Pacifist: Only defensive weapons.
