A bug with rift/archives?

So I recently completed the rift level 1 today and when I went to get my rewards it had put me in rift level 4 with all the challenges there. I don't know why this has happened but I hope it's not the case of the devs having all of the content in the game already but relying on due dates to release them.

    This seems to be happening with everyone. And yes, the tome content is already in the game. Otherwise they'd have to update the game to release each level and they said they don't have to do that. Also I believe someone's posted the cinematics on YouTube. The devs said they're unlocking levels periodically so people have a reason to keep coming back rather than completing everything in a week and getting bored.
