Not receiving auric cells reward on Xbox

Is anyone else not getting the auric cells rewards in the rift on Xbox?

    Go to the rift to collect them. Make sure it's auric cells and not the serum they do look slightly similar.

    This is happening to me too. I've reached several tiers of auric cell rewards and just can't claim them. Hopefully this gets addressed. Been like this for the past 11 hours or so that I've noticed.

    They just tweeted about this issue for Xbox players in particular. The missing auric cells will be added to your account at the next hotfix.

    ya.. something is definitely wrong here. The rift pass was supposed to give me 25 ac a level basically. Just completed tome 1. went to rift to check my rewards. the rift is glitched. Error retrieving data from rift - response code 500.

    Exited the game. The game took forever to reload, stuck on initialization. When i finally got back into the rift, i jumped from 80 AC to 205. I should be at tier 22 and am, however, all AC rewards have been removed from the rift. no 25s, no 50s. It gave me 125 AC for no reason, and removed the rest of the AC rewards from the tiers. mind you this is for the pc version, but the issue is the same..if not worse.


    on a side note, steam is completely useless as far as saving screenshot as.

    so ..i'd like to know why it is I jumped from the 80 AC i had, to 205. Was essentially given 125 ac for gaining 1 tier? also, this issue immediately happened after i completed the tome and collected my rewards, so guessing that has something to do with it..


    also..now what? i completed the tome..literally 100% of it? how long is the wait for tome 2?


    update : never mind..it just fixed itself..but it did not take away the 125 ac it gave me? was i supposed to get 125AC for one tier and completion of the tome?

    I just realized it happened to me too. Must be everyone on Xbox I'm guessing.
