Do hook charms really need to look like key chains?

When the charms were announced, I found nice we would get new customization options. But now that they arrived, I found the hook charms a bit weird for killers. Survivor charms are fine because they are normal people with various outfits. But the ones in the hooks... do they all really need to be hanged to the hook by a small chain? It makes then look like key chains. Why would killers collect chains to hang on their stuff? Can't they look like things actually attached to the hooks? The Inner Eye is pretty nice, but why can't it be an actual eye coming out of the hook's pole? And why the Pustula Flower can't be an actual flower growing on it?

I just thought this would be cooler. One of the things I love on this game are the visuals, but I think the charms could fit better.

    I agree, I do enjoy personalizing the hooks with the Killer I'm playing but they are kind of just tacked on there oddly. I think they did it like this because it was simple and easy to add new charms so they don't have to create a new way to attach them with each charm. But I do wish the Killer ones were a bit more in-depth and natural.
