Blood coats generators, making them both hard to clean and sticks to survivors.

All generators are coated in blood, which makes them take 20 seconds longer to repair.

When a survivor interacts with a gen for 10 seconds, they will be coated in blood for 40/50/60 seconds, making them constantly spill blood (same rate as injured, being in the injured state or hemorrhaging increases blood spill rate)

    An interesting concept, though I feel it could use some work... Maybe it coats them in blood on a failed skill check? Or causes something like Hindered, cause their fingers got caught in the gears?
