Please buff 'Plunderer's Instinct' and 'Pharmacy'.
Plunders instinct should have faster search time and quieter searching.
And Pharmacy should have have a higher chance of getting add ons with the medkit.
These buffs wont be to harmful to the balance of the game being that they're mainly useless perks anyways. Because you're only gonna be able to search through like 2 or 3 chests and then the perk does nothing for the rest of the game.
I mean you could just bring in a rare item instead of wasting a perk slot to get one...

Increased chance for rarer items on Plunderer's Instinct means that you'll end up having easier game due to finding keys. Its a niche perk that can literally decide if you survive or not. It requires no buffs.
If you want add-ons on items you find, bring Ace in the Hole.
Thanks to the recent buff to medkits, the guaranteed Medkit you get via Pharmacy has made the perk even better. So it really doesn't require a buff since it indirectly got one.

Not really, it was more a nerf to Pharmacy more than anything. The green medkit got ######### on so now it can only do 1 full heal instead of potentially 2 (even more if you applied addons). This new medkit is more worthless than a purple or a yellow one, and no, healing yourself faster is not something that I consider a "buff". With the decrease in charges and the efficiency completely removed, there's nothing to compensate, it's a downright awful change.

Well faster healing can be beneficial in a chase if you have a build a stacked for it.
The ability to heal multiple times without having to waste a slot on self-care was far more valuable.
The Old emergency medkit could get you to heals or about 4 with add-ons you could also use botany knowledge to boost the speed of that.
The new emergency medication can get you about one or two heals really quickly which is fine if you want to do it when you're in a chase but outside of chases it's not all too valuable
