Game crashing way too much

After every match, when I click "continue" and the game is supposed to take me back to the main menu, it starts loading and, does nothing, it just gives me an infinite loading screen forcing me to exit through task manager.

This is like after LITERALLY EVERY GAME.


Not to mention the occasional infinite loading screen when I launch the game or the random mid-game crash that gives me a window to explain what happened.... it really makes me not want to play this game, and I love this game, but something needs to be done about this.
