Forget Balance (for a min)...

I can babyrage all day about various balance, netcode, etc but I will still have a smile on my face if I could just get into a game faster. It really kills the flow for me to sit and wait, sit and wait. This game is about adrenaline, fear, playing with friends, and (long term) learning to run chases and read the game (saves timing, when to hide, what gen needs to get done), but it just feels meh to spend a third of the game time sitting and waiting. Just a suggestion but can we get some improvement?
