When in the dying state, gain the ability to do most actions at 50/60/70% speed (both progression and action ) (cannot enter lockers, use items, throw pallets,)
Completing any progression action will heal you from dying, but only once per trial.

I don’t want to throw shame at you or anything, but this perk will not work. The dying state is meant to be a state in which you are completely incapacitated, meaning that you can only either crawl or recover. This perk is basically Resilience for the dying state, but it’s really not needed.
This also begs the question: Why use Steadfast when you can use Unbreakable? If the Killer leaves you on the ground, you might as well just pick yourself back up again with Unbreakable.
