Theory about the Teaser, New Killer: The Samurai

With all of these threats about the new killer, I have been thinking and doing a little research, and I found a small bit of lore that could point out to the identity of our new Killer: People have tought that could be the father, I even thought on the mother, but now I believe that is going to be the Samurai. What Samurai? Well, in the map descriptionsç, it is mentioned how the family lineage of Rin comes from a distant samurai that was so good at battle, that bought the estate and started his legacy:

The estate was bought by the first of the Yamaoka, a shipwreck survivor, who came from a distant ashy island. He washed ashore just as political tensions sparked the flames of war.

Yamaoka joined the battlefield and unleashed hell on his foes. No one could match the raw fury of his Katana, which elevated him to a legend. They say his devilish mask haunted the dreams of all men.

His fame grew as he spilled blood on both sides of the conflict. With power came wealth, which he used to buy the estate and begin his legacy.

The land was passed down from one generation to the next, each one leaving its mark on the landscape. The garden grew and expended through the ages. Now only an old maple tree remains untouched from Yamaoka's era, representing the whole family.

The swords are implied to belong to him, so it wouldn’t be out of the question that the entity snatched him and once in the realm, he took back one of his weapons. It would be way more cool than the father, as we would have an actual undead samurai that would be very distinct from Rin.

A single-edged straight sword handed down from generation to generation. The blade shattered after spilling the blood of her kin.

Is even implied that there was something cursed about the land, that could have very well been the spirit of the samurai or even better, the Entity itself, that took the Samurai in the past and was attracted to the place again by the profanation:

Shouldering both university fees and hospital bills, the father worked past exhaustion. To keep a roof over their heads, he profaned their legacy. The walls of their ancestral home were sealed with mouldy materials for a cheap fix. As the house was stripped of its integrity, an old anger was awakened.

Plausible, but I'm going to have to laugh if this chapter ends up being a Samurai + Japanese survivor, i.e. exactly what we THOUGHT we were getting when they gave us Spirit/Adam instead.

that is a nice theory ! better than the father being the killer or a new survivor !
