Bio: Captian Jerry was a just a man who loved the ocean and everything it had to offer. He loved the animals that lived in it and the beauty of the coral reefs. Captain Jerry was the captain of his ship "The Great White". Every day he would go out to the docks ,board his ship and go to the open sea. There he felt free of all of life's stresses. He also enjoyed diving and swimming as he could go be with all the animals he loved to see. One day when Jerry came back he met a woman who loved the ocean just as much as him and they fell in love. They would go on dates and would love each others company. One day Jerry proposed to her and she accepted. Then came wedding day. That fateful day that everything changed. Everything he loved about the ocean changed that one day. They were getting married out in sea, very, very far from land. The plan was for the couple to go scuba diving and come back after a while. But there was a shark attack. Normally Jerry loved sharks and their instincts but this one seemed so vicious and brutal as if all it wanted to do was kill, not eat, not survive just kill. The shark knocked over the boat with great strength and ate every single passenger. Ripped them apart and teared through their flesh. Including Jerry's wife. The only survivor was Jerry himself simply because the shark spared him. Jerry called the coast guard with the radio in the mangled boat and they arrived and rescued him. Jerry went into insanity after that. He would hear voices in his head telling him to go back to the ocean, that there's a place for him there. And so he did ,he put on an old diving suit, went into his boat armed with a harpoon gun and a spear. Then he went into the ocean never to be seen again.
Appearance: The captains appearance is a man in one of those old vintage diving suits ,you know the ones people don't use anymore and is glowing green and yellow, appears wet with some seaweed wrapped around him and some marine life on his suit
Power: The harpoon
The captain can use his harpoon gun to pierce a survivor and slowly pull him towards him. The survivor can break free of it but it takes a while to do so. You get 4 shots with the harpoon gun and can be reloaded like the clowns bottles but takes a little bit longer. The harpoon gun will pull a survivor towards you giving you a free grab if they're injured or if they're healthy it will injure them and you will have to wait a while before using it again. Note:you have to reload after every shot which only takes 1 second (all of these effects can be affected by addons)
Ultra rare addons
Shiny harpoon: Instantly downs a survivor with the harpoon gun but you only get 2 shots
Extra harpoons: The name says it all you get 3 extra harpoons to use
Perks
A sharks Power: Your power is as great as a sharks. Vault faster, break pallets in one kick, and damaging generators give a -5%/-7%/-9% regression
A fish's speed: When you are in a chase you gain +5%/+10%/+15% movement speed
A jellyfish sting: When you hit a survivor they become hindered, mangled, and have a -4%/-8%/-12% action speed for 40/50/60 seconds
So I dont know if this character and his perks would be OP or underpowered but that is why I'm posting it here. I would love some feedback on this and would like to know how powerful do you think he would be in-game.
