Wounded healer bugged for most users on PlayStation?

I have seen so many people saying this but it seems nothing has been looked into fixing it. I had over 100 heals while I was injured and still didn't get it, then used no mither and gotten 100 more. This issue cannot be ignored any longer, for achievement hunters on PS4 this is extremely irritating having to go in injured every game just to do heals and ignore objectives.

I've been trying to get this a long time ago. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
