Rank reset, do you think it's good or bad?

Resetting rank every 13th of the month. What are your thoughts?

It's a necessary evil, is how i see it.

It's bad, but at the very least if you wait a few days for everyone to get back to their rank you can try for Adept achievements because getting them at red ranks is basically impossible.
