The Tomes Seem To Have The Same Issue As The 2018 Blight Event.
A bit of history first, the hallowed blight event in 2018 introduced for survivors this putsula plant system. They would use the plants to get serum. But they took time during the match to get and people would sacrifice themselves to get more serum faster. Fast forward to now, people are currently farming survivors to get hook challenges done, throwing down every pallet on the map with WOO to get the Liberation challenge done. Don't you see the parallels of why the Hallowed Blight 2018 was scrapped and the issues with current tomes? I don't know how you could fix challenges but they need something in my opinion.

The Challenge does say unhook safely though so they did try and players are just not reading the entire description.

Just run BT and watch as they still get farmed :/ that's how people get past that issue.

I can't argue with that, I have had many instances where my BT just could not stop someone from getting farmed/tunneled.

Player behavior. You really can't fix that and I don't want to be punished and lose the challenge feature just because some people are jerks and abusing Borrowed Time.
And I don't think BT unhooks should be unsafe because then you could get punished for unhooking in the lategame.
This is a necessary evil.

Because if you're going to hit someone that's come off the hook over the unhooker, BT is worthless. So they take an extra hit to go down? Who cares, you've already triggered BT which makes them 1 hit and the unhooker is still 2 more.
Nobody ever goes "whoops, I triggered BT, gotta leave them alone now." They know what they're doing and it's not something that will change their mind.
It would be cool if BT gave them a slight overlay like the Enduring effect when it triggered, so the killer can see that BOTH people will take 2 hits, so there's no inherent advantage to tunneling right then and there.

This is a necessary evil.
How is designing awful challenges a necessary evil?

That’s where that scoring needs to be adjusted. Just because the rescued survivor has 15 seconds of endurance doesn’t mean they’re safe. AT ALL.
It would make signifcantly more sense if you got progress when you heal a survivor that was unhooked in the last 60 or so seconds.
+1 progress for the unhooker
+ 1 progress for any other survivor that heals that survivor
+2 total if you unhook someone and heal them. If you unhook someone but block a hit for them, maybe even two and go down to protect them, you would still get your +1 for a safe unhook.
