Survivor Queues Lasting Forever?
Anyone else have this issue? I'm a solo player at rank 7 and I've been waiting for a lobby for 10 minutes now and still haven't gotten into a single game. My killer queues are like a minute. Am I the only one with this issue? Usually when I play with friends I'm used to it taking around 5 minutes, but can't remember the last time I've had a 10 minute queue time as a solo surv.

Oh yeah, I know. I've got 2k hours.. I just don't recall it being this bad. Not even at red ranks

This happens when you poorly design archive challenges having more than 2/3 of them survivor based.

Meanwhile killer ques feels like waiting at the DMV sometimes...
I had a friend leave and go to the store for 40 min and come back and I was still in killer que..
the ques for survivor hasn't been nearly as bad for me.

It's funny cause it seems to change. Like a couple weeks ago killer ques lasted forever and solo was almost instant and SWF was like 2 minutes. Now it's like killer is instant (for me) and both solo and SWF is like 7-10 minutes

yep i second that. it's horrible at the lower ranks too (12-16). solo survivor take 5 to 10 min... it's disgraceful. killer queue is almost instant. tf?

It could be a number of things but the most recent tome level unlock and rank reset may go hand in hand.
Rank reset well that will depend on how fast the others are ranking up to make queue times shorter for your rank area but then there is the challenges.
If 100 survivor decide to play killer you them need another 400 survivors to take their place.
If 100 killers decide to play survivor you only need 100 other killers to take their place.
We did see this with past events when you had to play both and they had to end up changing it so each side could earn them all so it makes sense it could happen again.
Maybe challenges will have to be looked at in the same way so they have two options for each node if it is the actual reason for some of the longer queue times.

I didnt play since the behinning but as far as I recall it has always been like that especially at high ranks.
actually since the beginning of 2k17 the game had a decent increase of the player base.
