There is a Russian man named Andrey Duskin who is trying his damnedest to trademark SCP in his country and his threatening to shut down the SCP-RU site which could also be expanded to multiple other divisions of the SCP branch if he succeeds in trademarking SCP. Please take a look at the videos for further(and better) explanation .
