how to properly change Decisive strike and make it fair on both sides of the spectrum

the current ds is seen as a crutch perk, and as a killer main it's was a bad concept from the start. You should not be able to free yourself by pressing a button; but i also have clocked some time on survivors, so i know about the survivor psychology.
here is what i would change for decisive strike
- skillcheck now is GRAY|WHITE|GRAY (unlike the previous which is only white)
- hitting the gray area adds an extra 25% to your wiggle bar
- hitting the white area adds an extra 30%/40%/50% to your wiggle bar and stuns the killer (doesn't free you, counterable by enduring)
- skillcheck triggers at the start (doesn't matter if you are the obsession or not)
- you can trigger it an infinite amount of time
- the obsession can stun the killer when he hits the gray area or the white area (only applies to obsession)
- every time the white skillcheck is hit, it will decrease it's size by a percentage (every level decreases the percentage reduction)
- the gray area will remain intact and will not increase in size (by this i mean that once the white is hit, the two gray areas will get closer and closer togheter (GRAY|WHITE|GRAY --------> GRAY|WHI|GRAY -------> GRAY|W|GRAY))
this might be more op than the current ds, but we just have to see. Be civil about it in the comments and leave some constructive criticism

This sounds exactly the same as the current DS almost.
I'd be fine with this perk being removed entirely and replaced with something else.

I don't know, the 50% and additional stun seems like a strong combo.0

I like the idea of being able to stun the killer but not being able to be set free without the help of your teammates or another perk (boil over anyone?). I honestly don’t think the non obsession should get any benefit from it. It’s a very powerful perk and if you’re not the obsession you’re SOL. It would make people be hesitant to bring it as a filler perk and survivors will be more inclined to fill their slots with more obsession perks to increase their chances of getting to use DS in the match. Maybe if you have DS and you’re not the obsession you can’t use it unless the true obsession is sacrificed or killed so there wouldn’t be the possibility of multiple stuns? Just thoughts.0
