Buff Vigil
Vigil is pretty useless right now, please correct me if I'm wrong.
Can we get a buff so that you can recover exhaustion while running and not injured?

They should buff it so you never become exhausted and you can run at Sprint Burst speeds the entire match. Ez

Vigil's low numbers were the result of exhaustion recovery whilst running and crouching when it was released with the nightmare chapter. Since exhaustion recovery whilst running and crouching was removed the devs could/should clearly increase Vigil's values to make up for its reduced functionality but since nobody really uses/cares about the perk it's a low priority thing so don't expect it to be looked at anytime soon.

If you think about it. There is a new perk it can counter called Blood Echo so technically it did
