First impressions of this chapter?

What do you think of this chapter? do you like the killer? his power? the perks?
To me the only thing that I didn't like was the map, I prefer the old woman I was expecting a great temple at least as much the Estate, and instead it is practically a "square" on which you enter one side and immediately descend from the other, and the rest of the map is all the same. I expected more.
