No, because now that's bringing in the old Legion exploit. He won't be viable if people use it. It would just be a exploit.

I mean not really since you have to hit them catch up with get stunned with your power then waste time getting bloodlust while this is happening you have to hope they don't get to a building where it forces you to vault or a loop where it forces you to break a pallet or you lose bloodlust and while this is happening the other survivors are rushing gens like no tomorrow and to do this in each individual chase your going to lose especially if the survivor is efficient at looping

...please have it be an overall buff when the perks aren't being taken into account.

I would rather Deep Wound get eliminated from his kit and Legion gets something different that actually gives him an advantage, while simultaneously, doesn't break the game every year.
