I logged onto DBD and it took away my 5 putrid serum šš¤

If I were you, I would go to support.deadbydaylight.com and submit a ticket under "Loss of Progress". Unless it as a mistake on your part, the support team should hopefully be able to do something about restoring your lost serum.

Your proof could probably be your track list and what you have purchased so far. Iām not sure if they can tell what day you purchase the outfit.

It can help, but if you don't have any that's not necessarily the end of the story. I know for a fact that the team can check your account to know how many bloodpoints to restore in cases of wiped progress. So I don't know precisely how much information they have about your account activity, but I think it's not unlikely that they are able to see your progress in the Rift and your purchase history, and thus verify whether you're telling the truth about lost serum and be able to provide compensation.
Send in the ticket and see how you go. Try to provide as much information as possible, make sure to follow all their instructions for submitting a ticket, and include your Player Cloud ID (which I believe can be found at the bottom of the options menu ingame) to help speed up the process.
