    I don't know anything about him really but he does have bad discussion etiquette for sure. However any post that's offensive will probably get a mods attention and they will probably take it from there. It doesn't matter how polite you are about the post, if it's offensive then the mods will have to take care of it. That simple.

    But I think if you’ll implement some real life murder and he see how he get looped and tbagged he could maybe want some kind of revenge for this.

    I'm strongly against the idea of having an actual killer from our world be added to DbD.

    Here's my reasoning:

    The real life killer has done something completely unacceptable! It doesn't matter if that person done something as big as doing a school shooting or as little as accidentally having a DUI caused car crash. The point is that their actions are unacceptable and why put then in a game if they did something that was unacceptable? It's like saying "Hey I did something really cold and yet I get rewarded by being on a video game!" It's gives DbD's players a bad example and can encourage younger players to be like that killer to be on a video game. Additionally if they are on a video game then they will have their name in history, I know we have history so that we don't repeat it but some things aren't worth putting in down in history, ya know? We already have enough examples in our history timeline to follow by!

    Sorry but I don't like talking about this subject, it makes me upset just seeing someone suggest such a thing. :-1::rage:

    The issue there, I think, is that it is illegal for a serial killer to profit off their crime, thus it would be impossible to legally use gacey or any other real killer. Secondly, humans are thirsty, and doing so may result in a new serial killer trying to get a character made after himself by referencing dbd in his murders, which would not be good press, and would result in a big media thing and demands for it to be pulled from steam.

    Inspiration tho, can be good.

    People seem to forget that The Doctor is based on a real life issue going on in China. That's why the Chinese DBD playerbase voted for him to be made. His Electroshock Therapy in particular directly relates to the issue in China. (I'm not going to go in depth into what Doc is based on you can Google yourself.)

    But yeah in essence these people were REAL murderers who REALLY killed REAL people, some of whom may still have relatives alive today. It's fine if you reference Hollywood or even have some inspiration based on real life (again: Doc) but flat out say "lol here's a guy who killed thousands of people and you can play him!" is a great way to stir up unneeded controversy.
    We can also add in the fact that they were all normal people, and giving them some bullshit magical powers for the sake of video game would be incredibly token. Yeah the killers we know were also regular people before they were transported into the Entity's realm but it's far different with them.

    All that being said I'd love to see a Jack the Ripper-esque Victorian killer, though honestly I feel that it would be easier to fit a vampire type killer into that slot than Jack the Ripper.

    Lowbei you’re like a half god in white for me. You’re still single? Jack the Ripper was real but how could this be bad? I mean a lot killer are already based on real killers. Devs confirmed a few. I mean we are not talking about something that doesn’t already happen right now. Its also weird that they already implemented a real ######### into this game, he just don’t have the function to ######### someone. Don’t know if they Rest was ######### too, someone said so about LF Inspiration. A cool killer would be something modern because most of them are old killers.
