are the server issues on the live server fixed or should i stay on the ptb for the time being?

    but some people clame that turning off crossplay helps them so if you want you can try it out

    I just got in a game by turning off cross-play. As Survivor on Steam.

    i have tried the crossplay turning off before but it didnt work so i guess i'm in the minority where it didnt work.

    Just got into a lobby with Crossplay enabled (Steam).

    But my game crashed shortly afterwards, dont know if it is related to the Server Issues.

    My best guess is that the issue is related to crossplay. I think the crossplay feature is giving rise to the rank update error problem, as when the match ends anyone on a console or Windows store game disappears and the database is unable to handle it: the PTB is only for PC players and not for console or Windows store players.

    It make me wonder if the live servers are simply turned off and the players on the Live version return to killer hosting if it might help?

    It does mean that Windows store will probably have very long ques due to the lack of players on that platform at present.
