Make more Perks Viable
I'm tired of meta perks. I'm tired of killers needing them, and of survivors abusing them. Please buff perks that barely see the light of day or never do. Please nerf OP perks like DS so its actually anti-tunnel instead of anti-everything. Please stop making get out of jail free cards for survivors. Please make some useful perks for killers. Do something about NOED.

You abuse perks by forcing the killer to play a certain way that is detrimental to the efficiency of winning the game.
The problem with NOED is its the closest killers have to a get out of jail free card, a reward for not doing well at the game.

It would be, except in my experince (and yes I realize thats flawed but its all I have) Playing against and as a survivor, you don't need the best perks to pip and/or escape. For a killer do to the same they need to use the strongest perks available to them, unless they are a minor subset of killers that are actually strong.

Okay this is funny
NoEd punishes survivors for ignoring the Secondary OBJ and shouldn't like over 60% of the perk roster for survivors do that

It very well might. Wheras the only ones I can think of that change significantly how survivors play is Ruin, and maybe corrupt intervention (though Survivors can just wait it out and hide). So thats 60% against 2%?

I guess I should run Slippery Meat, This Is Not Happening, Technician and No Mither every match!

Maybe not No Mither (That one needs some buffs) But you can do fine with the other 3. I certainly have.

Nemesis on legion completely changes the playstyle of survivors in the chase. Spirit fury with Enduring does to. MYC and madgrit change things too. Rancor and Haunted make it on this list as well. Hell even the perk you want nerfed, NoEd, can change the playstyle of survivors. That is all the perks that I feel like naming

Meanwhile, Survivors have:
- Decisive Strike
- Mettle of Man
- Dead Hard
- Deliverance
- Unbreakable
- Borrowed Time
- Endurance Healing
All of these with conditions more frequently met than NoED. All these perks are essentially a survivor's second-chance perks.

You’re actually so full of it.
You are encouraged to stream your gameplay for all of us to enjoy.
At the end of the day, running the best perks as Survivor helps you against the constant stale meta on the other side. It isn’t abuse. It’s smart gameplay. Everyone in red ranks should be running at LEAST borrowed time.

I literally just said one of the perks you listed needed a buff. And if we got some changes to perks that need buffs, there wouldn't such a stale meta would there? Are you angry about what I want, or just angry at me?

last few patches had a lot of perk reworks, they are doing it, be pacient :)

@Vetrathene well about perks that in your opinion are required to play, as surv you pretty much HAVE TO run BT and DS to not get tunneled (because sadly a lot of killers are tunneling crap out of you) so survs are losing 2 perk slots just to defend themself from "unfun" killer playstyle, and may never use those perks if killer isnt coming back under hook/camp
ofc i can see locker DS nerf (like you can chose if you want to slug someone from locker or pick him up) but if that change would go live DS should protect from mori or mori should be reworked by then, and also every game should have obsession because im done with games where noone had obsession perk so killer was literaly 3 straight hooking every single surv (well last one got 1 hooked)

Fixed: NOED now starts all survivors in the broken status for 60 seconds at the beginning of the match.

Now now, survivor takes SOME skill. Just not nearly as much as a killer. And barely any with SWF.

Isn't DS a anti-tunnel perk? I mean is 40-60 seconds to long for you to hook a survivor that got off the hook instead of searching for another survivor?

That needs a rework again. All killers do now it just wait it out. I have to jump into a locker half the time just to use it if tunneled. Needs to be reverted back to old one BUT still goes off before you can be dropped. Prevents slugging or causes it.
But tbh the whole game is horribly unbalanced. Most killers at red ranks are the same with perks and same goes for survivors.
Plus mettle, borrowed time and ds already got a nerf. Now with brand new parts and instaheals being nerfed as well.

No, because I and others can go find another survivor, down them, hook them, find and down the other survivor, grab them, and they still have DS.

I'm not saying any of these are overpowered (They're annoying for sure, especially since every killer is better off assuming you have Dead Hard).
I'm saying that, complaining that NoED is a killer "Get-Out-Of-Jail-Free" perk is nothing compared to the countless other Free Cards the Survivors can potentially have, especially when those conditions are met throughout the course of the match.
NoED is a strong late-game perk, only usable when the gates are powered. Just like Adrenaline is a strong late game perk that essentially gives the survivors who have it a free heal; its only counter is NoED, otherwise Adrenaline is a nightmare, especially when a killer has been steamrolled up to that point.
