Is It Possible to "Fix" Dead Hard?
With Balanced Landing being rightfully nerfed, I figured Dead Hard would be my next preference of Exhaustion Perk, however it's such a gamble nowadays and often just acts as a free exhaustion status as you're knocked to the ground.
The only time it's every guaranteed to actually go-off correctly is when using it too early and getting much less use out of it. And since the dedicated servers were enacted, it seems the margin of error is now far greater. Even in situations where I use it too early (With means to actually get to use it at all) I still find myself being knocked-down and exhausted anyway.

I used BL instead of DH all the time since dedicated laggers were introduced, i consider using Lithe now.

Sure they can.
They will give it a 5 second of i-frames to make up for the dedicated latency.
