Important: Numbers can change!

First Perk: Hightech-Gear

After standing still for 1,5 seconds, you can press the Active Ability Button to have the nearest suvivor outside of a 20 meter radius yell and reveal their current location to you for 5 seconds. This Perk has a cooldown of 110/100/90 seconds.

Rarity: Uncommon/Rare/Rare

Second Perk: Battle Tactics

Survivors hit by your basic attack suffer from a slight Hindered Status effect for 15 seconds and are afflicted by the Broken Staus effect for 20/25/30 seconds.

Rarity: Uncommon/Rare/Very Rare

Third Perk: Overheating

When Survivors are working on any generator, after every 20 seconds of repairing, any Survivor working on that generator suffers from an increased repair speed penalty of 5% up to a maximum of 15% for that specific generator. If the Survivors stop working on that generator, the repair speed penalty and the time spent working on that generator remains for 20/25/30 Seconds. After the 20/25/30 Seconds, the repair speed penalty and the time spent goes back to 0. The generator starts glowing red after the first penalty applies and stops glowing if the repair speed penalty went back to 0. The repair speed penalty is always determined by the generator itsself and not the Survivors.

Rarity: Rare/Very Rare/Very Rare

Thoughts behind the Perks:

The first Perk is a great way to find Survivors at the start of the match. In mid - late game, this Perk can detect stealthy Survivors or another possible chase target. Can be countered by calm spirit.

The second Perk is for M1-Killers and is meant as a tool to force early pallet dropps after a hit or to capitalize from movement misstakes of that Survivor.

The idea of the third perk is to punish a Survivor working on a generator alone. The Perk adds repair time the longer the Survivor takes to complete it. If two Survivors work together on the generator, the generator gets faster done and the effect won't affect them as much as it would effect a solo Survivor working on a generator.
